Our Services: Care at Home for the Elderly and More
Personal Care
We can help you to maintain your personal care and hygiene. We will do this at your time, space and pace you want. We are here to support you to remain as independent as possible and maintain your usual daily routine.
Medication Support
We can support you to manage and maintain your medication needs. With ordering and collecting your medication from the pharmacy, verbally prompting you to take your medication or physically administering your medication to you, our professional family members are fully trained to help you manage your medication needs.
Dementia Care
We can provide a service of highly trained and knowledgeable professional family members who can support you to live as independently as possible within your home with your dementia diagnosis. Your health should revolve around your lifestyle, not your lifestyle revolve around your health! We can support you to understand and learn more about dementia and we can assist with care wishes throughout your journey.
Elderly Care
Whatever your age, from 18+ we are here to help with whatever care needs you may have. However, our caring team of professional family members are trained within elderly care to enable us to deliver a more personalised and quality service understanding your needs.
End of Life/Palliative Care
As part of all our Care Packages we will discuss any end of life wishes you may have as part of planning for the future. However, if you require specific end of life care for a terminal illness we are here to physically and emotionally support you to ensure the last stage of your life is as comfortable as possible and ensure things are in place exactly how you would like them.
Food & Fluid Support
We can help you to maintain a healthy balanced diet to support you to maintain your physical and emotional health. Our team of trained staff can assist with meal planning, preparing food, cooking food and serving food for you. All meals will be at your choice.
Mental Health
Our empathetic and caring professional family team members are here to support you, listen to you, monitor and care for you. Working with you and your diagnosis, with a sound understanding of your mental health needs.
Cancer Care
We can support you emotionally through your cancer journey, or we can physically care for you during your diagnosis and treatment. We can also help you plan for the future with any last wishes or even support you and your family ready for after life.
